FROZEN, is an India company founded in 2015. We are into the business Sales & service of process cooling / plastic auxiliary / cooling tower and we serve to a wide spectrum of industries including plastics, automobiles, machine tools, pharma, chemicals, health-care, food and beverages, paper, textiles with industrial refrigeration products.
We have our service facility at Kolkata. We are making of water chillers, oil chillers, coolant chillers, and panel air-conditioners. We design, engineer and manufacture refrigeration chillers ranging from 0.5 TR to 200 TR capacities. We also undertake 'Cold rooms'/'Cold storage' projects and we have several working installations to our credit.
We are backed up with a team of design engineers who are equipped with intense training on 'design and development' of new products. We have the widest range of chillers with about 275+ standard models covering applications ranging from +25 deg C to — 40 deg C with temp stability of +/- 2 deg C to +/- 0.1 deg C.
In addition to the above, we also provide customized solutions for heating-cooling, temperature-humidity control, flame/explosion proof chillers, skid-based heat exchanger systems and requirements.
We have a eastern part of india sales network in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and also neighbour country Nepal, Bhutan. The core strength of the service team at FROZEN is understanding the specifics of different applications and providing the most optimum solution to the customer's needs. FROZEN believes that service is an integral part of the sales process and is the most important aspect in building a long lasting relationship with the customer. We are proud to have a 'company owned' service team located at eastern part of india. The service team apart from selling spares offer a wide range of 'value added' services like labor AMCs, comprehensive AMCs, on-call services, refurbishment and re-conditioning services for All Makes of Chillers.
We are also dealing plastic auxiliary equipment’s and provide service also, like loader , mixer , granulator , MTC , Powder loader , Film grinder , Hot air Dryer - Dehumidifier, Air chiller, MSP, Crystallizer, Air Dryer, Crystallizer, Dryer cum mixer etc.
